Seasonal selections that change with the island rhythm — because what's good now is always the best.
Hand-picked vegetables, fruits, and herbs from Island farms — at their peak.
Sourdough loaves, pastries, and seasonal baked goods — made fresh each morning.
Honey, preserves, oils, and shelf-stable staples from Pacific Northwest producers.
Limited-time picks that celebrate each season — from summer berries to autumn squash.
Cut flowers, potted plants, and garden starts — grown right here on the Island.
A gathering place for Island neighbors — share recipes, swap seeds, and connect over good food.
Every loaf at Between Two Firs starts with a starter that's been fed for years — patient, living, and deeply flavored. We bake small batches throughout the day so whatever you take home is still warm.
Our sourdough, ciabatta, and seasonal fruit tarts follow the rhythm of the Island: slower in winter, abundant in summer. If it's not good enough for our table, it doesn't make it to yours.
"Two firs mark the spot where good food grows."
Fresh. Local. Honest.
Between Two Firs Farmstand began with a simple idea: what if Island residents had a place to find genuinely good food — grown, baked, and made right here — without driving across the ferry?
We started as a wooden table beneath two old Douglas firs on New Brooklyn Road, offering surplus from a small garden and a few loaves from a home oven. Word spread. Neighbors came. Other growers and bakers wanted in.
Today, we're a gathering point — part farmstand, part bakery, part community hub — still run with the same belief that started it all: food tastes better when it's close to where it grew.
We're easy to find — just follow the two firs.
Hours may vary during holidays and extreme weather. Call ahead to confirm.
